This plate is by Samuel and John Burton of Burslem, Staffordshire, who were in business from 1832 to 1845. The pattern name is a given one and it is sometimes known as Lovick's pattern after the Norwich retailer. No backstamp. A little minor surface scratching otherwise excellent condition. A beautiful plate.
