Meat Dish or Platter c1835 Maker: Burton  Pattern:Vase of Flowers
Meat Dish or Platter c1835

The pattern name is a given one and it is sometimes known as Lovick's pattern after the Norwich retailer, whose printed backstamp has been recorded on this design. No backstamp. The glaze is crazed with a a small area of minor associated discolouration on the front and outer rim, as part of this at 5 o'clock there is a hairline running in from the rim.
