Maker: Hackwood Pattern:Waterfall Sauce Tureen Stand c1825
Attributed to William Hackwood. The pattern name is a given one and is also known as Falls of Killarney and Ross Castle. This is a lovely little stand for a sauce tureen with two moulded side handles.
No backstamp.
There are two small hairlines to the rim and three small chips to the foot rim on the back otherwise excellent condition with the face of the stand looking as bright and clean as the day it was made!

Maker: Hackwood Pattern:Waterfall Dinner Plate c1825
Attributed to William Hackwood of Eastwood Pottery, Hanley, active 1807 to 1843. The pattern name is a given one and it is also known as Falls of Killarney and Ross Castle. Killarney is indeed home to waterfalls and Ross Castle, so this may be an artist's impression of a view of Killarney or it may be a purely fanciful scene.
Some rubbing and wear on the outside of the rim, but the face is bright and clean and really lovely condition.
