Maker: Unattributed Maker  Pattern:Fanciful Chinese Garden Meat Dish or Platter c1815 This is so well named as Fanciful this pattern certainly is! A complex design of birds, buildings, figures in various poses, bridges, and trees. No backstamp. Light all over crazing with a little minor discolouration. It also has some surface scratching and to the rim a small firing fault and a tiny hairline which has some loss of glaze. In my humble opinion, these all quite irrelevant, this is a fabulous piece.
