	Maker: Wedgwood  Pattern:Absaloms Pillar Plate c1815 This pattern was introduced in 1811 and is also known as Absaloms Tomb, Corinth or Corinthian and is taken from The Sepulchre of Absalom by Luigi Mayer. Backstamp: Impressed Wedgwood. Light all over crazing with a little minor surface scratching and the occasional tiny tiny blemish. Overall excellent condition and a fabulous plate. Light all over crazing with some surface scratching and to the outer rim a little wear and discolouration. On the back there is some discolouration to the stilt marks.
