Jenny Lind was a Swedish singer who spent much of her career in England, born 1820 died 1887. This is stunning! A large wavy rim charger or wall plaque printed in rich bold blue. Fabulous embossed rim decoration with printed vine pattern and five pattern vignettes. Backstamp: Jenny Lind Royal Staffordshire Pottery Burslem England and impressed date for 1906 or 1908? Light all over crazing and a scratch which goes across the centre, otherwise absolutely fine.

Backstamp: Jenny Lind Royal Staffordshire Pottery Burslem England. Inside to the base there is some loss of glaze to and a little discolouration to the stilt marks and underneath a little wear.

Lovely bowl printed in a rich, dark, luscious blue, beautifully decorated both inside and out. Backstamp: Jenny Lind Royal Staffordshire Pottery Burslem England. A little blue smudging here and there and inside there is surface scratching otherwise excellent condition.

Produced in flow blue, this design was first made by Charles Meigh and Son and Arthur J Wilkinson (Royal Staffordshire Pottery) bought the printing plates and continued production. Excellent condition.

A unusually large round bowl in the collected Jenny Lind design. She was a Swedish singer, who was born in 1820 and spent much of her career in England, where she died in 1887. Produced in flow blue, this design was first made by Charles Meigh and Son and Arthur J Wilkinson (Royal Staffordshire Pottery) bought the printing plates and continued production. There are a few lines of crazing in the glaze and some signs of use, but otherwise excellent condition. Bright and clean, a striking display piece.

A bowl in the collected Jenny Lind design. She was a Swedish singer who spent much of her career in England, born 1820 died 1887. Produced in flow blue, this design was first made by Charles Meigh and Son and Arthur J Wilkinson (Royal Staffordshire Pottery) bought the printing plates and continued production. Overall in good condition there are some glaze blemishes, stilt marks and a stress crack to the rim occurring during firing which has been glazed. Bright and clean, a fine display piece.

With gilt. An absolutely stunning set of three hexagonal vases. Backstamp: Jenny Lind C M & S for Charles Meigh and Son the original makers of this design and A J Wilkinson Ltd. A touch of minor wear to the gilt and a little light crazing otherwise excellent condition.

An attractive vase (rectangular ovoid) with rectangular cover, main panels decorated with the Jenny Lind design and subsidiary panels and cover with an early form of Calico. There is gilt line decoration with gilt mask side handles and a gilt dog of fo finial to cover. In bright clean condition. There has been an area of professional restoration to one side of the neck of the vase and a little wear to the gilt mainly on the cover. Usual blue printed cartouche for Jenny Lind pattern, including the initials C M & S for Charles Meigh and Son the original makers of this design with A J Wilkinson Ltd, Burslem added above and below. Incised No. 182 for mould or shape number. An early example from the Wilkinson pottery.
